Katie Sturm, Associate Broker, is an engineering school graduate, holding both a Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech as well as a Master’s Degree from George Mason University. She has been involved in the real estate for over 15 years, personally investing in fixer-uppers, apartment buildings and mini-storage businesses. She has also general contracted and sold several custom homes in Denver and Durango. Katie is frequently sought out by friends and family to help them locate or sell their properties. She enjoys working with clients to find their perfect home or investment property. In her spare time she enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking. She relocated from the East Coast to Colorado in 1996 and loves the outdoor lifestyle in Durango, where she resides with her husband, Carl, and their four children.
