Lindsay grew up on the central coast of California in San Luis Obispo County. She and her husband Ryan, (and their two dogs, Tuko and Sierra-shown to the right) always enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle of hiking, fishing, camping and snowboarding and Durango seemed the perfect fit. They decided to relocate to Durango in mid 2004.
After graduation from the Real Estate College of Colorado, Lindsay began her real estate career in January 2006, and began mentoring with one of Prudential’s top agents. She assisted every step of the way, with listing presentations, showing homes, closings, writing contracts, negotiating, title work, inspections, and helped dozens of Clients to successfully buy and sell real estate.
Subsequently, she was offered the prestigious opportunity to mentor with Prudential’s TOP agent. This was a tremendous honor, only offered to agents of certain discipline. Lindsay was able to soak up 20+ years of experience with her mentor for a full year.
As a result of those valuable experiences, Lindsay has developed into a top agent herself. To validate this, in January 2008, at Prudential’s Annual Awards Banquet, Lindsay received the ‘Dare to Soar’ award. The description of this award: “A new agent who has hit the ground running, holding the drive and schedule of a top producing agent and has great potential in the real estate industry.” This award was an incredible honor for Lindsay. She is a hard working real estate agent and strives each and every day to become even better. Lindsay loves to learn, and prides herself on continuing education, always taking a marketing class, business class, or anything that will benefit her in her growing business, in turn, benefiting her valued Clients. Lindsay loves the quote:
"Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful."
Lindsay loves the real estate business and her enthusiasm profits her Clients. She has set many goals for herself and is well on her way to achieving them.
The majority of Lindsay's business is generated from referrals from previous Client's, friends, and family. Accordingly, she strives for complete satisfaction for her Clients in every step of the real estate transaction, and hopes they are the true beneficiaries of her hard work and dedication.
