Fred and his wife Jane have been Durango residents for 27 years.  Fred volunteers for numerous community events, is a member of the Elks Loge 507 and is a Veteran of the US Army and attended the University of Illinois.

While growing up in Illinois Fred's dad worked for the Illinois Central RR. So Fred became a railroad nut and collects all manner of railroad memorabilia.

Fred collects just about anything from Beer Tap handles to Real Estate including Cookie Jars. Did we mention Fly Rods and Coca Cola pre 1965 items?

Fred and Jane have restored the 3^rd ave Victorian that they bought in the seventies. That was when Fred began to think about Real Estate as a career. A commitment to excellence is Fred's attitude toward the Real Estate Industry.

Four Wheeling and Skiing seem to find a way into Fred's schedule too.
